Maybe this isn't an adequate forum for this, as what you are doing is not legal. vgmdb.net is site with videogame music, and they have forum. Maybe someone there can give you advice how to extract audio from that game.

Patching games with unofficial translations has been a past-time of many a web site, and almost none of them have been shut down, as they do not provide fully working copies of the game, but usually patches which replace the content with their own.

As far as this game is concerned, you will probably need to replace identical length segments at the same exact file offsets, since they're probably referenced by sector number within the game data or game code.

The audio data is interleaved by sector, with a stream identifier number ranging from 0 to 7, I think. Check the XA decoder source in foo_adpcm to be sure what I use. A different serial number on a given channel, and you can be sure it's a different audio stream.

Naturally, scanning the entire file for the streams would be prohibitive for the game itself, so the game likely has starting offsets of each given audio stream noted somewhere in its data or executable code. The same likely goes for the loop offsets for the music.
