feature/DSP request : 4.0 channel--> add silent channel(s)

I can't find anything exactly related to this so...

Foobar can upmix 2.0 to 4.0, and actual native 4.0 (quad) audio does still exist too.  But it seems lots of modern AVRs omit (or in the case of Denon, have lost) the ability to play 4.0 PCM files, played from disc or file via HDMI.  These AVRs need a silent channel or channels (C and/or LFE) added. (I *believe* it's only necessary to go to 5.0 but I haven't tested all configurations)

Some software players like JRiver can add silent channel(s) on the fly, to fix this.  It would be good for foobar to be able to do this too.
