CPU Spikes with the track info panel

I noticed that Foobar is giving CPU spikes when playing files that have been ripped in VBR V0.
There are no problems when playing VBR v1 or CBR 320.

Is there something that can explain this?

I use the latest foobar version 0.9.5.5 with columns ui.

I think I found what it was.
Not the V0, but the review I had in the comments.
In the panel Track Info I read the mp3 File Tag comments. And it seems to have problems with this when comments get very long.
Is there a way to resolve this? Or go around this? Because I like to have this reviews in the track info.
