Title: ELPlaylist Configuration(s)
Post by: qwertz on 2009-04-26 11:51:41
As requested here is my ELPlaylist config.

(http://img208.imageshack.us/img208/5112/clipboard01f.th.jpg) (http://img208.imageshack.us/my.php?image=clipboard01f.jpg)

Unpack ELPlaylist.zip into your foobar directory and load ELPlaylist.elp in ELPlaylist.

Note: You will also need foo_exvar (included in ELPlaylist.zip) and enter the following code exactly:

Code: [Select]
eigen_bg_color     015-015-016-255

Don't forget to restart foobar after entering the variable.

P.S. It would be nice, if other users would use this thread to upload their ELPlaylist configs too, so we could get a little collection of ELPlaylist configurations.

thanks alot, it's perfect!

is there any way to let it read covers that are named other than cover.jpg?

also, when i drag items to the playlist, can the playlist automatically only select the items i dragged in them?

and can how to remove these 15-15-16 fields?

In which directory do you have the covers and how are they named?

Just turn of reflection: ELPlaylist -> field definition -> ON.REFLECTION 0

Btw, I just noticed that I didn't include a nocover picture in the pack. Take whatever nocover pictures you like, name them nocover.png and radio.png, and copy them to foobar2000\images\eigen\cover\

they are in the same folder as the music, and have all sorts of names, i just want it to show any image found in the folder.

This is great. With a few color and font tweaks it fits into my layout great. Just curious, how can one go about adding rating via elplaylist (where the little stars and dots are, Ive been having to right click and going to playback stats in order to add a rating) A link with some tips would be great. thanks again.

any way to change this also.

@noisia

ELPlaylist -> field definition -> __ART.COVER__ -> $replace(%path%,%filename_ext%,)*.jpg

loads the first image in the music folder

@pee_wee

Do you have unicode enabled in Windows? If yes,  looks like a font issue, change the font under:
Scrip -> per second -> //------------Now Playing
to something else (Tahoma probably)

Rating via ELP isn't possible yet.

any way to make it show the whole album art?

also, i would still want to know how you can make foobar only select the items you dragged from windows explorer to el playlist, and deselect the items you allready had selected.

Of course there is, maybe you should take the time and take a closer look at the ELP Settings, or use NG Playlist.

I would like to make it so that if a playlist is named *CDS* it
groups by %Label% rather than %Artist%/%Albumartist%
Doesn't show Tracknumber

how do i craft this in to my ELPlaylist?

ELPlaylist -> field definition -> __ART.COVER__ -> $replace(%path%,%filename_ext%,)*.jpg

loads the first image in the music folder

if I wanted it to look for a png image after looking for a jpg what would I have to put in the field definition?
