Please help: MPEG-4 Streaming

Hi all..

I am working on a project for streaming video files as mpeg-4 format and audio files as mp3 format on the internet. But I wanna know that which of these following methods is the best for this project:

1. Video LAN
2. Ffserver
3. Mpeg for IP

Does anyone know the differences between these streaming tecniques? I read some documents about them seperately, but I couldn't find any document which compare them? Is there any web site or documantation on this subject? or if anyone knows, can he explain?

Any help will be appreciated...
