Can't Prevent CUERipper From Downloading Metadata

I've been using the CUERipper that comes with CUETools 2.1.6 to copy some CDs. I've only ripped three CDs. The first two it likely couldn't find a match for because it didn't add any information but it keeps adding wrong information to the third one. I double checked that all of the options about looking up metadata and writing tags were turned off and deleted the metadata cache but it just downloaded it again anyway. Is anyone else having this problem? How can I stop it?

Known issue, especially with CD Singles.
You could delete or edit the metadata.
