Help adding Spider Monkey Panel

I'm trying to install the CaTRoX (QWR) theme and would appreciate help with adding the Spider Monkey Panel to Foobar2000 v1.6.11

The install procedure at https://theqwertiest.github.io/CaTRoX_QWR/docs/installation/  instructs user to "Add Spider Monkey Panel
panel".  I've installed the Spider Monkey Panel component.  But how do you add the panel to the UI?  I've seen the View-Layout-Scratchbox method used on older versions of FB2K but that doesn't seem to be available in v1.6.11

Themes are essentially canned layouts. Based on a screen shot CaTRoX, it's probably being used on the BIO tab. Are you planning on altering the theme?
Neither an audiophile, nor album snob. Why do ratings threads always have someone saying they don't believe in rating music?

The scratchbox is for Default UI only. You are probably using Columns UI.

In a standard CUI layout there is a "Live layout editing" button on the toolbar - click it to toggle layout editing on > right-click somewhere (like playlist) in the layout > Add Panel > Panels > Spider Monkey Panel. Now click "Live layout editing" button to switch it off.

You can then right-click Spider Monkey Panel to continue the install instructions.
