Encoder: mppenc.exe
Extension: mpc
Parameters: --xlevel - %d
Highest BPS mode supported: 24
TAG: APEv2
Dithered : up to you, I'd leave it unchecked for simple (no dsp) lossless->mpc conversions and checked in other cases.

There's already a MPC encoder plug-in which uses mppenc.exe, also made by Case.

It has --xlevel hardcoded. The reason that --xlevel exists as separate option in command line encoder is only backwards compatibility, and it's really good idea to use it always.
