Foobar FLAC issue

Hi-

I am trying to use Foobar v0.9.5.3 to convert WAV to FLAC.  I am getting the following response from Foobar:

An error occured while writing to file (The encoder has terminated prematurely with code 1; please re-check parameters) : "Z:\The Grateful Dead\American Beauty\Operator.flac"
Additional information:
Encoder stream format: 44100Hz / 2ch / 16bps
Command line: "C:\WINDOWS\system32\flac.exe" -s --ignore-chunk-sizes -5 - -o "Operator.flac"
Working folder: Z:\The Grateful Dead\American Beauty\

It appears perhaps my command line is incorrect?  Can someone tellme how to change/fix this?  I have searched around the site here, but haven't found anything like this....surely it is something simple, but I am just starting out using this stuff.....

Thanks for any help you can provide.
