Uploads & Foobar2000

Simple question: is it allowable and/or proper to use the Uploads board for uploading problem samples for foobar2000 debugging, screenshots for assistance, and the like?

In other words, can it be used for support purposes? I'm assuming "yes", as there hasn't been a very clear definition of what it can be used for and what it shouldn't be used for. It would be really nice if something like this existed; I'm leery of using the Uploads forum because I'm not entirely clear what's allowed and what's not.

A sticky in the forum would be nice, outlining acceptable use policy.
