foo_burninate 2.0.1

Using foobar 2000 v0.9.4.3 with foo_burninate 2.0.1, I cannot seem to get the controls that were in some earlier versions. Such as http://eolindel.free.fr/foobar/CDwriter.shtml (for v0.8.3 I think).
For ex., I cannot seem to control the gap lengths between tracks. A CD I burned with it worked well except there were no gaps between tracks. Actually this was OK for 4 tracks which were not supposed to have gaps (as in the original), but I wanted gaps between the other tracks. You can see I am trying to make a compilation CD so I need the controls from the earlier version. Are these present in 2.0.1 and 9.4.3?
