Videologic Sonic Xplosion

Hello,
I have bought a Videologic Sonic Xplosion sound card. I had install it in a windows 2000 system and I had install also the latest drivers. The problem is when I 'm trying to play avi files with mp3 audio stream inside, I don't hear any sound. I have windows media player 6.4. In the properties of the avi, on the properties tab of windows media player, I see a crystal sound fusion mp3 decoder instead the normal decoder of windows.

Does anyone knows a solution for this problem?

Edit: I have the same problem with core media player and zoom player. In windows media player. A also notice that  in the properties tab of wmp there isn't the default directsound device.
