Show / hide panel using WSH script

Does anyone know if there is a way I can show / hide panel (foo_uie_panel_splitter) using WSH script?

i know. you need also a "foo_customdb.dll"
install custom db, go to the foobar`s preferences, in tools find "custom database", go to "action" tab, here "add" for example "show panel". for this action set "update:" to contextmenu, and set "value" to 1
then, in wsh assign to something fb.runcontext("show panel") //(or something like that, i dont remember syntax. also, find an exact way to your command in hotkeys - there a list of all available commands)
right now cant help with right code, only can show the way. about a year ago meet same problem. solve isnt good, but its better then creating some files and toggle play/pause for updateing, like i see somewhere.
p.s. sorry for my bad english
