EAC's CD Layout Editor Error

I want to burn one of my FLAC files on a CD using the EAC's CD Layout Editor. While trying to load the CUE sheet, I am getting the following error message -

Is there any remedy?

EAC doesn't support burning FLAC. You need to convert it to WAVE first or use "Burrrn" instead.

Yes, I knew that. Even Nero can do that too, with the help of a simple plug-in. But I was interested doing that using EAC directly. I'm wondering that, why EAC is not built natively for that! Whereas, there is such support for APE? Hope they will understand the need one day.
