Sample Float16 RIFF WAV file for testing purposes [Rev.2].
Removed - Float16 files can be created with HalfPrecision, found in this thread (http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/forums/index.php?s=&showtopic=90770&view=findpost&p=769069).
