crash wit MP4

I haw foobar2000 0,667 and last version of john33 MP4 plugin. I encoded couple of wav to MP4 with quicktime 6.3 after using replaygain in those mp4 files foobar always crashes when trying to open or play the songs. I also tested with few samples from AAC test and only quicktime encoded files get foobar crash after replaygain. Does foobar somehow break those files or what is it?

EDIT: In AAC test files every other worked fine after replaygain.
