Artists speak out against the RIAA

Anybody read the Playboy lately? The Oct 2004 issue has a very interesting interview with various artists and other important people in the music industry. All but one agree that the current state of the music labels is caused by the labels themselves. Many of them say that the music labels have always stolen from the artists. Now they are paying back.

Playboy has always been a magazine renowned for the centerfolds. Lesser known is the actual intellectual articles they write. At a time when the media is owned and controlled by politicians and their lobbyists, it is heartening to know that we still have good ol' down-to-earth,  honest, journalism-at least in Playboy!!

Keep up the good work Playboy!!
