One may argue that emo has become more of a phrase to sell various subgenres (screamo-metal-core anyone?) than anything else, but I lack a better word to describe the musid of the Pine:
Indian Summer's poetry meets the fragil song structures and vocal stylings of Mineral and Evergreen's sense of melody.
