mp3DirectCut not play AAC

As per title, I copied libfaad2.dll (32 bit) into the mp3DirectCut folder and installed the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Service Pack 1 redistributable Package, but unfortunately I always get these two errors when I try to play an aac file

If you acquired the dlls from Rarewares, that may be my fault. I have recompiled and uploaded fresh compiles of the dlls that no longer have any specific runtime dependencies. Please download and retry.
