null tracks on audio CDs with Nero or Feurio

is it possible to tell Nero (or Feurio) to make a null track (like the "missing" 13th track on John Mayer "Room for squares" album) on a audio CD without using a fake (silence) WAV ? thanks in advance to everybody

The only thing you're allowed to do is to set index-0 zones in the CD.
I don't know how is that missing track in that album.
With index-0 you'll only avoid that zone when searching for music. If you play the CD continously you'll hear everything (except the index-0 in the first track).
I don't know if it's possible to make a track with an index0 but no index-1 (maybe with the help of a cuesheet).
I don't think you can do it Nero.
