Anyone know if Marantz CD5004 can play track 1 pre-gap/track 0/HTOA?

I've got some audio CDs that have audio in the pre-gap/track zero region (press play on Track 01, rewind, counter starts counting up, stop rewinding and "hidden track" begins playing). I'm interested in getting the Marantz CD5004, but I can't find out if it supports this playback. Calling up Marantz didn't help and it's tough finding a dealer nearby me. Anyone giving any help would be much appreciated.
