Ran across an issue in v1.6.6 b1 that's preventing the "Show in Explorer" option from working for a particular track.
Have an album with 2 tracks, neither of which have embedded artwork. foobar2000 is configured to "prefer current selection" under the Selection viewers section of Preferences -> Display.
Selecting track 1 and right clicking on the album art reveals "Show in Explorer" is disabled.
Selecting track 2 and right clicking on the album art reveals "Show in Explorer" is enabled and works properly, opening Explorer to the artwork.

Yep, folder.jpg is there alright.
Not sure what other info is needed, such as a dump, etc.
Edit: Figured out that it only happens if the track you're currently playing is the one the Album Art Viewer is showing the art for. Confirmed this with another album. Definitely a bug.
