Incorrect duration in some .wav files

The attached files can be found in many older Microsoft products. There are many other files with the same issue but I think two sample files should be enough.

foobar2000 v1.4.3 and earlier versions don't have this issue.

These two files are distributed with Cakewalk Sonar. While both of them are not showing the correct duration, foo_verifier reported one of them is "Decoded with minor problems" but another one is "Failed".
