EAC not converting last CD track to FLAC

Good morning (well it is here  ;D ).
I'm a new member although I have, for some time, been reading posts on this site and have found them very informative.

I've recently experienced a bit of an issue with EAC while ripping CDs and converting them to FLAC.
Until now everything has been going fine, barring the odd CD that gap detection won't complete on regardless of the settings I've tried, but they aren't the reason for my post and request for help.

While all the tracks have been successfully ripped and compressed from CDs (where I want them and with the filenames as expected), for some reason the last track on a couple of CDs have not converted to FLAC from WAV.
I've checked the CDs in question thinking it might be something to do with file size, track length or number of tracks but there are no common factors, other than being the last tracks on the CDs.
As I said earlier, this is only a recent problem and until a couple of days ago EAC was ripping and compressing to FLAC as expected.
I have used EAC to simply compress those WAV files to FLAC but something suddenly isn't right with the ripping process.

Although the log suggests that the last tracks weren't completed the WAV files are present.

I would be grateful for any suggestions as to how to fix this.
I've copied one of the logs for information.

Try disabling "Overread into Lead-In and Lead-Out".
EAC > Drive Options > Offset / Speed tab

Few drives support this feature. When unsupported the drive reads as far as it can but the software is telling it to Overread beyond that point. This can result in some form of error.
