Updating Album Art Downloader

I have used the Art Downloader many times.  However, when I start the program a box pops up to state that a new version is available with a link to download the new file.  I follow that, but as soon as I open the file to install, it immediately states that it cannot write the file and stops.  The downloaded file is  AlbumArtDownloaderXUI-1.02.exe  Can anyone help me so that I can update the program?  I am running Windows 10.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
