MP3 Gain has problem changing 1st track

Hey all --
Been using mp3gain for a long time now.  Recently, I had to reinstall my OS.  Now when I use mp3gain (1.25 for windows), I get an error on the first track -- every time, no matter which CD I'm trying to apply it to. Below is a sample log.  Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks!

Problem re-naming H:\Bon Savants\Post Rock Defends the Nation\01- What We Need.TMP to H:\Bon Savants\Post Rock Defends the Nation\01- What We Need.mp3
The mp3 was correctly modified, but you will need to re-name H:\Bon Savants\Post Rock Defends the Nation\01- What We Need.TMP to H:\Bon Savants\Post Rock Defends the Nation\01- What We Need.mp3 yourself.

Looks like permission problems with the destination folder or the account rights.

Do you happen to be playing the first track while you're running MP3gain?

Could be, but it's strange that all of the other files are changed without a problem.

At first I thought it could have been that I still had EAC open (these are all freshly ripped.)  But I closed EAC and still had the problem.
