Can't use the ogg encoder with foobar

Using foobar 1.0.1, whenever I try to convert anything to ogg with it, immediately after starting the conversion, I get two "oggenc2.exe has stopped working" errors, both with the same message:

What I don't understand is that I've used several different oggenc versions all all fail with these kinds of errors. BUT, when I run them on their own (from the command line) they work fine??  Did this get broken 1.0.1? I should also note that the same happens in the 1.0.2 beta and 1.0.0.
