An AAC decoder with detailed structure output?

I'm looking for an AAC decoder that produces extremely verbose output down to each field of one or more bits in each frame's structure. While I'm sure tools that can do this exist, I don't know of any, or if any are available to the public. Can anybody point me in the right direction? The tool doesn't have to be open-source or free. I'm interested in considering any options.

Thanks in advance!
