Cmd line tagger supporting coverart?

Does anyone know of a win32 command line id3v2 tagger that can embed cover art in an mp3?  I've looked at this thread: http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/forums/index....showtopic=65446
..but I want to embed coverart after the fact, not at encode time, so I don't think lame is an option for me.
