FLAC to AAC/m4a conversion issue

Im trying to convert songs from flac to aac on my laptop as Im far from home, never had a problem on my desktop computer but Im currently on my laptop & I get this error :

Already tried to uninstall foobar, and install the last/another version, also downloaded the foobar encoder pack and even the last version of qaac.exe on the qaac website but nothing helping

Pls help :v

Do you have "Apple Application Support" installed?

I dont think so, but nvm , problem solved, i didnt update itunes for a quite long time, seems good now
