I got this little note at the top of the portal page:

. . . which I mention because, on clicking the "click here" link, I got 4 posts in two topics.

The icons (faded for topics for which no new posts were made) were correct, though.

We had an IRC applet up on the site which allowed users to connect to the HA channel at #project_mayhem on irc.openprojects.net.  I've been meaning to get it added back to the menu but I've been busy working on other aspects of the site since then.  It should be back before long, but of course anyone can still come to the channel with a normal irc client.

I haven't put the IRC-applet back because it wouldn't be integrated to the IBF 1.1 so closely like before (using the board membername as nick etc.). Waiting for the modification from IBresource.com, but seems that it will take quite a long time.
So, I can put it back today if I have time, but without the integration, unless I have time to start testing how to make it integrate smoothly with IBF 1.1.

Well, at least I fixed the minimum character limit in search today.

I've added the country flags back into the user profile like on the old vb forum.  You can change this just by going to "My Controls" up top, and then clicking on "edit profile info".  It's the pulldown box up top that says country, obviously

I'll see about adding the irc applet back next.

This doesn't work with all skins... haven't tested which works yet.

Flags and location are back.  We were changing a few things around with the software the other day and I forgot to enable them again.

EDIT: Er.. well the flags are working, gotta fix the location thing still.

EDIT2:  Locations fixed now also.

Yeah, it would fit nicely to the right of the avatar. Don't know if thats so for everyone, though.
The text "country flag" isn't really necessary.

Edit" Speaking of, I really should make that avatar one day. Maybe a pic of me, or would that look too much like your avatar, Garf?

Avatars can now be uploaded in png format. Size limit is 20KB.
