xHE-AAC (USAC) Playback Compatibility

I used EZ CD Audio Converter to encode a lossless audio file to xHE-AAC but am unable to play it on my Windows machine.
How can I play it back?

Edit : Never mind, got it working with foobar2000 with plugin. So are there any other players?
