I would like to rip in AAC or MP3 Nirvana 's Nevermind , the song is Endless, Nameless
I would like to rip and have 13 tracks , without silence or noise
I have tried with trial version of dBpoweramp cd ripper last version , in trial mode ,maybe there are limitation
is there a way to rip with EAC or EZ CD Audio Converter (in trial version) or other freeware without using an audio editor ?
i have ripped several cd with ghost/hidden tracks in the past ,but years years ago , i don't remember how i did it

Certain ghost tracks do have silence in them and no TOC to indicate they are a track, use the DSP Effect in dBpoweramp:

as this one is a track after the track Something in the way, and 5 mins of silence.
