I happen to have a ZIP with the same name I got a while ago (not sure if it is the exact same one as the dead link). Includes the files enc_lame.dll and lame_enc.dll version 1.26, engine 3.90 MMX. Winamp2 does not recognize and I can't even tell if this is made for Winamp, or Winamp3 or what.

Things to try out are Filewriter or out_lame.

those dlls are for the new cdripper function of winamp 2.92rc1 and 2.95
you can find it under media library > devices > cd x: > extract cd
enable digital extraction in the cd/line-in plugin (no secure ripping supported)
copy the dlls into the \winamp\plugins\ directory, --alt-presets are NOT supported

get those leaked winamp versions at http://www.winampheaven.net/
