Wasapi exclusive pause problem

Hi!
I recently purchased a Topping DX1 and noticed the following problem:
When playing music through the built-in wasapi exclusive, all extraneous sounds (youtube, VK.com, etc.) are blocked, but if you pause the playback, the sounds begin to play, and unpause, the sounds are blocked again.
On the previous Audinst HUD-DX1 v2 there was no such problem; extraneous sounds were blocked until the “stop” button was pressed.
When using wasapi event/push, which is additionally downloaded from the Foobar2000 website, there is no problem.
There is no such problem when using other audio players (AIMP, Album Player, Winyl player); MPC-HC64 also has a problem.
Win7 Sp1 x64, Foobar2000 2.0 x32(portable), Topping DX1 (driver version 4.86).

I think this is normal
My Audinst HUD-DX1:
Play as [exclusive] Audio from other applications cannot be used.
I can resume using the Pause button.
