Random/Shuffle keeps going to one album!

I have all my mp3s in a playlist called "ALL".  Very original, I know.
For some reason, after a few songs it goes to a certain album and plays it in the now playing section.  Everything else is gone but that album.. . . . 

Any thoughts?
