lame.exe failing to run on conversion

Any ideas why I can't convert from Flac to MP3 (for the portable)  I get an error message saying can't run lame.exeI just put the lame.dll into the foobar component folder if that helps. Maybe I should just reconvert back to wav and use razorlame to go to Mp3??????

here is an example of  the error message
