CUE

The term means custom updates and extras?  Like what would count as extra artwork?  I'm using mp3Tag Pro and Tag & Rename.

I have a couple of CDs that go over the hour limit, is it possible FLAC support is in the earliest CD players?

The original "Red Book" audio CD standard was 74 minutes.   It's been "pushed" to 80 minutes and most (all?) blank CD-Rs are now rated for 80 minutes.

Unlikely.   If a disc has FLAC files it's not an audio CD.    Most modern DVD/Blu-Ray players can play "almost anything".

No. FLAC development didn't start until 2000. CD players antedate that by a lot.
