Files have embedded album art, but it is not displayed in 1.6.6 beta 1 at all. In 1.6.2 it is not displayed in default Album art viewer too, but at least it can be seen in file Properties.

Like how StreamTitle is interpreted as %artist% - %title%.

Cover URL is handed as: $info(cover_url)
Works on DefaultUI, but not with ColumnsUI.
Dynamic album covers are propagated via now_playing_album_art_notify_manager API (available since v1.4 series), not every component utilizes it.
The album art sample included with the latest version of JScript Panel released just now supports these images in radio streams.
