CueTools Exception

Attempting to split a large FLAC file into individual track files using CUE sheet. 
As first track completes, CueTools errors out with message: Exception-Samples Written Differs From the Expected Sample Count.
Any thoughts on how I can get past this roadblock?

How about giving up and trying foobar2000 to load the CUE file and Convert to... (FLAC, individual tracks, no DSPs etc) to split it and see if there's any problem there?

Thank you Dynamic, worked like a charm.  I guess it really does make a difference if you use the correct software.  Much appreciated.
