Did you install these 2 components:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/sacddecoder/files/foo_input_sacd/
https://sourceforge.net/projects/sacddecoder/files/foo_out_asio%2Bdsd/

What's your sound device? ASIO drivers are part of the "sound card" drivers, you either need to install the full set of sound card/device drivers, or you can install third party ASIO drivers.

OK this problem is solved - i was just trying to edit driver while playing the music. After clicking stop , ASIO is present

But I got another issue - I cannot set DSD encoding on the fly as it was earlier. Now every file plays its own format (FLAC, WAV etc)
Also I can't get exclusive control - Foobar2000 plays in ASIO and I can hear system sounds.

Default: Line (KORG driver) [exclusive] works fine.

Sound device is Korg DS-DAC-10R

Probably because DSD is a dead horse that one should not try to flog up to walk again. And maybe also to avoid cease-and-desist letters ...

One thing is that DSD isn't really suited for playback other than through devices with dedicated support and which can filter away the noise it creates. (Yes the noise is inaudible in itself ... but could cause distortion in the equipment.) And you should not really convert it ... except to a band-limited format like MP3.

You can compress (ordinary format) DSD by WavPack. That is lossless. But you should then use the WavPack executable to compress it, not a player. You can use drag and drop, and import ID3.

Those. Do you offer to convert SACD discs to MP3?
I have a device that supports DSD, why should I?

I don't want to say that at all.
According to you, all developers have only MP3 devices.
I just asked if there is an opinion of the FOOBAR developer on this matter.
I have no desire to discuss the advantages or disadvantages of the DSD format. Thank you for your opinion.
