Where can I get audio with 24 bit and 48KHz or more officially, CD are 1644,
DVD?
or i should play that instrument & sing by myself?
IGNORE whether it is audible or not

Hi,

Many concerts and music pieces are available on DVD with 48kHz/16 bits PCM stereo sound tracks. Some are available already encoded in 5.1 Dolby or DTS formats (96/24).

I haven't seen any 48/24 PCM stereo sound track on a DVD (yet), but that's probably for marketing reasons and not for technical reasons.
