Volume quiets after hibernation/sleep?

I don't know if this is a bug on foobar's part or windows, but after I wake up my computer from hibernation (not sleep, hibernation, there is a setting in the power options in cp) the volume on foobar is quieter than it started with. The volume control in foobar is still set at the same setting, but what you actually hear is quieter. When you click on the volume control tab/bar, the volume jumps back to where the tab is again. I know this probably isn't a big deal, but just thought I would post it anyways.
I have been able to reproduce this bug, I have foobar2000 v1.1.7 open, I pause the current song, and tell my 64bit Windows 7 machine to hibernate. After waking it back up, and playing the song, the volume is quieter and after clicking on the volume control tab/bar in foobar, the volume jumps back. Keep in mind, I can click so the bar/tab goes lower, but the volume still increases, so it must be set to a default value or something when the computer is turned back on. Again, maybe it's windows fault or something...

Volume quiets after hibernation/sleep?

Hello,

I'd like to report a rather minuscule bug with Foobar2k. It may not be Foobar's fault, but I believe it can be worked around in Foobar2k. The issue is, when I put my computer to sleep during playback (I assume it would occur only if the device was open when the computer was put to sleep) and wake it up, the volume is at a different level in Foobar. The slider remains in the correct position. Moving the volume slider down a bit and back up causes it to return to normal levels. Even though this bug is minuscule and probably not Foobar's fault, I have a feeling Foobar could work around it anyways.

Just to justify, and I don't mean to unnecessarily lengthen this post, the reason I have been sleeping/waking up with playback on is to work around a bug in my Synaptics touchpad driver. It likes to start placing the cursor in the upper righthand corner of the screen and the only known solution is to downgrade the driver... or, as I have found, go to sleep and back. But I digress.

Some system information (in case it matters:)

Volume quiets after hibernation/sleep?

Whoops, this appears to be a duplicate... I couldn't find the forum search feature at first but now that I have, I found I wasn't the only one to report this.

I apologize. I'm used to the search feature in vBulletin being hidden in a dropdown at the top, as opposed to the bottom of the forum...

I’ve merged the topics. But both the IPB and Google searches are at the top of the page…or have I been living a lie? Oh, and we incurable pedants are mouthing at the screen: foobar2000.

Okay, I'm not sure why I missed search the first time around now that I look again. If I had realized it was an IP.Board, maybe I wouldn't have been searching for the vBulletin dropdown  Oh well...

As far as the name goes, I understand that. I just have a habit of not being consistent with stylization of names...

edit: Okay, that's irritating... Somehow, I managed to double-submit... Not off to a great start with this board

Have there been any solutions worked out for this problem? My volume in foobar2000 seems to decrease in the manner described above, but occurs at random times instead of just after hibernation/sleep. I'm running foobar2000 v1.1.6 on Windows 7 SP 3 and have the freedb Tagger and Discogs Tagger components installed.
