Handbrake: CLI switches from GUI?

Hi,

I've set up Handbrake 0.9.9 to encode videos. I want to write a script that invokes HandbrakeCLI with the exact same options as in the GUI.

What's the best way to get the CLI switches that correspond to a current GUI setup? I've looked in the **Activity log** but I see no command line.
