Resample 96000 Hz

Hey there!
On my iPhone I installed foobar2000 and I see that there are resampler limits up to 96000 Hz. All my files(music) are recorded at a higher 192000 Hz. Perhaps someone will think that this is not important, but for me it matters. If turn off the resampler, the sound is reduced to 44,000 Hz, this is not acceptable.
If there is any solution to increase 192 and higher and does the developer have an explanation for this problem?

I know how to play 24/192 on my iPhone, I asked why there is a limit on the resampler in foobar2000
