WaveGain Beta 0.5

This new version of WaveGain is available at Roberto's site http://www.inf.ufpr.br/~rja00/ .

It differs from the previous versions in that it now uses 'smart' clipping prevention. If the result of the gain calculation indicates a probability of clipping, the gain level is re-adjusted to avoid it. This works in both Audiophile/album mode and Radio/Single Title mode.
