foobar v1.3.14 with DRM 1.1.1 and Win10 -bug?

By installing a new Windows Machine with Win 10 pro I noticed
a issue/problem with Dynamic Range Meter 1.1.1 and foo v1.3.14

DRM 1.1.1 is old - but the only component what is working and licence free.

With Win 10, foobar can only read (Win XP/Win7) old DR-tagged archives.

Foo starts DRM (of course it´s embedded), running the algo and write
the file "foo_dr.txt" (not really needed)

1) foo isn´t refreshing the Properties (still DR=?)
This issue is up to this point only known from DSD46, SACD-files and cue-sheets
2) With Win 10 readed and calculated archives are not shown DR in Win 7

Own test/workout:
Workout: I sampled back with a USB-Stick and a fresh and new ripped archive.
a) From Win10 to Win7
First I was speculated that foobar2K needs the "foo_dr.txt" - Not at all

Looks like, Foo V1.3.14 (same version on both machines) handles tags and properties
in a different way like before. Same story with artwork/pictures
b) I found a unspecific file (named with Artist and album) and no adjectives.
c) Deleted foo_dr.txt

Result:
foobar 1.3.14 on Win 7 can´t read the W10 archive.
foobar 1.3.14 on Win 10 can only read archives calculated with DR and Win 7

Any ideas? Improvementes, Recommendations?

Fix!!

Libary->Configure->Advanced->Tools
Dynamic Range Meter
Write DR meta data tags = YES

or
All options are ON

Now all packages/Archives (from W10 to W7) and clockWise show DRM
This Option have Standard disabled, i put it on on both sides.
