Hi,
Sometimes my foobar (wich start at PC starts), shows a windows that said "Foobar did not terminate normally, do you want start in safe mode or normal mode".
When i choose normal mode, it's always work fine, so i want to force foobar to start in normall mode all time, maybe using argument in launching parameters, but i don't know how to do any help ?
My main issu is not having this window on startup and just foobar starting in normal mode.
Thanks for help
I am not sure that is possible. Someone else may have more knowledge.
That said, it is my experience that Foobar never gets in this state on it's own. It is most likely caused by a component that hangs a touch when windows goes through it's shut down routine. I continue to use such a component so I will occasionally get this same situation. One way to avoid the problem is to close out foobar before shutting down Windows. Not a full solution for you...but I thought I would mention it as it does seem to eliminate the startup error dialog.

If foobar2000 is unable to delete the file "running" (no extension) during its exit process it thinks that it has been abnormally ended if it discovers that file when it is launched the next time and it will present to you the error message you cited.
It is possible theoretically to delete that file e.g. on each Windows (re)start but this would impede the intended purpose of that file.
Perhaps you should follow the instructions of this forum's Sticky thread to see if you have any problematic components.

Could you give me the link

Do you have a point or are just letting everyone know about the value of search? This 'fix' came within a couple of weeks, not 2 years.

foo_uie_quicksearch is outdated (two years old), use foo_quicksearch (http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=80259) instead.
