This skin isn't meant to be used yet.  I assume that JohnV installed it and is experimenting with it on his own, but obviously it was still missing a lot of the normal functionality of the other skins.  I'd suggest not using it for now.

Yeah, I added those links, but the lite-skin is just a test version like Dibrom said.
