[Bug] Equalizer "Reset All" button

In 0.586, the "Reset All" button in the equalizer configuration page should reset the equalizer sliders, but instead it resets the entire foobar2000 configuration.  It would also be nice to be able to save and load EQ settings.

not a bug, the button says "RESET ALL" not "RESET PAGE", and it is not specific to equalizer page in any way.
Microsoft Windows: We can't script here, this is bat country.
